Coupling spring

For the application of an immersion pocket (also named immersion sleeve, thermometer pocket or thermometer well) with an inner diameter of 15 mm, up to three temperature sensors (D = 6.0-6.5mm) can be used. Due to the geometry of the high-quality spring steel the sensors are permanently pressed against the wall, to guarantee a defined consistent measuring environment.

Retaining clamp
  • The retaining clamp prevents the temperature sensor from slipping out of the immersion pocket.
  • The retaining clamp is simply tilted over the groove in the turning part. With that, the sensor cable respectively the capillary tube is lead through underneath the spring.
Tightening straps
  • For fast and easy direct mount of the sensor. This strap is especially soft and flexible to allow for easy mounting of the sensor.
Set screws
  • Simple screwed gripping mechanism which prevents the sensor from slipping out of the pocket.
Threaded cable connection
  • Fastens and protects incoming and outgoing cable connection at high density.
